day 1 on dukan, advice please

hey just on day 1! :)

had omlette with a bit cold meat ham in it for breakfast and a chicken thigh and some cold sliced turkey pre packed fior lunch.

gonna have a sirloin steak for dinner :)

is the prepacked cold meats suitable?? and also isnt steak fatty??

Are you having oatbran? It is an absolute requirement that you have it everyday, it fills you up and stops you feeling hungry

i think it is rump that is fatty if I remember correctly.
there is a part in the book that lets you know the best steak to eat.

venison is very lean.

i am quite hooked on venison burgers!!!

LMT - do you have the book? Only lean cuts of beef are allowed, and we remove any visible fat. Rump is fine, just remove the outer fat.
