Day 1 - TADA!

You seem on track and on form this morn - never mind your busty schedule!

I drink half a glass of water everytime i visit the sink - works for me - to keep track i have 9 pebbles (which = half a pint) and every time I have half a glass i put pebbles into a dish that way i keep track of what i'm drinking. And know that by the end of the day if all pebbles are in the dish then I've had 4 and half pints :)

It sounds as if you are in a good mind set. Able to walk past cream cakes and even buy treats for other people. You (and I) can do this. I only had one pound off this week -- so, I need to buckle down and make a concerted effort. went to the gym for the first time this year (that line nevers gets old to me... it was probably the first time in many moons, too). Did the treadmill for 20 mins. some ab exercises, and will try a pilates class tomorrow.

Trash, I saw the new avatar pic -- is the facial hair growth a side effect of CD? -- I laready have a little mustashe thing going. LOL
