Day 2

Don't fret about the slip ups, just make sure you get back on track :)

I've been on TS for 2 weeks now, and it is difficult at times. I have crips/chocolate/fast food cravings at least 3 times a day, but when I do, i try to look at the bigger picture and decide what I really want - a bag of crisps or to be slim and healthy? Thanks to that philosophy I have lost 9lbs in 14 days :)

If you feel like you can't stick to TS, it may be more sensible to do WS or SS, at least then if you get a craving or an urge, you know you have a good healthy meal to look forward to in the evening.
