    Evening everyone,
    Hope you are all ok and doing well.
    Nearly done my fifth day and feeling fine.
    Almost enjoying the soups now and I like the bars anyway.
    Still not keen on the shakes though.
    Going to have my first 'proper' weekly weigh in tomorrow,a little early I know as only been on it 5 days but Sunday is the best day for me from now on.
    I've stuck to it 100% so hopefully it'll be good news!
    Again,I hope everyone is ok.

    Same as Martin, day 5 was a doodle, just on abit of a downer with man utd losing lol, but otherwise exante is going great, having my 3rd pack while watching the UFC :)
