Day 5!

    5:2 Intermittent Fasting, Slimming World
    Os far so good, days 2 and 3 were the worst. I am pleased with the way the diet is going, enjoying not having to plan meals, liking knowing I'm getting all of my nutrients.

    However, I had a snacky peek on the scales and I've only lost 2lbs so far. Hope a bit more comes off before Friday :confused:

    And yeah I know, 2lbs is good but if it stays at 2lbs then thats my lowest loss in 5 weeks, on the hardest diet!

    I know it's hard, but try not to yo-yo on and off the scales, you weight will fluctuate so much during the week. Also remember to take your measurements, they are so important!!

    I know, its a hard habit to break! Will stay off until Friday morning :)

    Just laughing at my typo, 'snacky' peek? Should have been sneeky peek. Obviously I have snacks on the brain!

    You can always try upping your water intake. Salt in your system can make you hold onto water. Drinking more water helps flush out the salt, which releases the built up water, etc. :) I always carry a lot of water weight, seems like.

    yes good point. I'm rubbish for drinking water so will drink more.
