Everything going fine. Brought kids for a picnic at the farm followed by trip to McDonalds which wasn't easy but wasn't tempted. Have 1 more shake left for later then weigh-in in the morning. Just a quick question, from yesterday I've have had the, how should I put this after my TOTM posts yesterday, ermmmm. I've been basically getting rid of water retention out the wrong hole ! Is this normal and should I drink even more water to stop dehydration ?
