Day One - Complete....here we go again!

Why am I now wanting rice! I don't eat it normally lol

Current loss: 28lbs and 21inches
 
Week 11 on Cambridge and the official results are in.

2lbs lost despite eating for Scotland (or so it felt) on SS3.

Now 11st 9lbs. 2lbs to go peoples!

And another thing. I looked in the mirror with only shorts on this morning and stood up straight. I can see ribs!

You all heard right. I actually possess ribs! I've not seen them for years!!!!

I have ribs too which is nice to know now. Unfortunately mine are under unattractive excess skin :( let's just say there is a good reason I'm single lol, my body is a mess. But hey, I'm trying! Anyway side tracked there.
