Day One - Complete!

Hi All,

My name is Matt and I have just started using Herbalife. Yesterday was my first day, it went easier than I thought to be honest. I have a desk job so i quite often find my self just snack on sweets, chocolate etc just to pass boredom/time, which has resulted in me putting nearly 2 stone on.

So yesterday i had,

Breakfast : Shake

Snack : 3 x Boiled Eggs & 20g Nuts

Lunch : Shake

Snack : Chicken Breast

Evening meal : Sirloin Steak, 200g Sweet Potato, Salad

I'm feeling very confident and looking forward to losing this extra weight!
