Got the weigh-in over and done with. Not great but not as bad as it could've been, 15 st 8.4! The only way is down now :)
Not hungry at all yet (could be all the wine I had to finish off last night!), so going to hang on till lunch time, having pizza chicken, (basically chicken breast topped with everything you would have on a pizza and cooked in the oven), with stir fried broccoli.
