Ended yesterday with a wispa ice cream and had a slice of peanut butter on toast before circuit training bringing me to about 1500

Farm foods £1.25 for 4 and only 120 calories omg! Heaven in a little cold stick
 
Tacos came in less that 900 do had homegrown strawberries and low fat Greek yoghurt yum

I fancy a jacket potato- this drizzly weather is making salads less appealing although on the plus side can keep enjoying hearty soups :)
 
Defo I love jackets at lunch I feel full up all day then I have some thing little in the evening like beans on toast or a few dippers and still can have a treat later in the evening ( frozen curly whirlys this week 120 cals)
 
Woop well done DD- how/where do you get tested for this? I have no idea my % (though I would guess at 99% lol)
 
Had it done at the gym by one of the personal trainers I was getting a but fe up of working really hard in the gym and I had put weight on, so i asked for them to do it, I am actually in the healthy body fat range even though my BMI still makes me overweight as I am only 5ft

Home made cheese scones 140 cals each
 
For 12 scones

225g plain flour
2.5 teaspoons of baking powder
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 pinch of mustard powder
50g butter ( I used light flora )
125g mature cheddar ( if you use light cheese calorie count is even lower)
140ml milk

Mix dry ingredient in a bowl

Rub in butter till resembles breadcrumb

With a blunt or palette knife stir in butter till resembles dough

Then quick as possible make. Dough and roll out to about 2cm thick handling as least as possible cut and put in a preheated oven at gas mark 8 or 220 degrees on some great proof paper should take about 20-25 mins

I put a tiny bit of milk and cheese on top to brown they are also nice with chives added to the mixture
