    Brekkie: banana, broccoli, grapes all whiz zed up in a smoothie

    Mid morning: Apple and kiwi

    Lunch: cous cous with small tin tuna, toms, spinach , celery

    Dinner: chicken breast, potatoes (boiled) spinach and low sugar baked beans

    Syn: Milky Way - yummy

    Hexa small glass of semi skimmed
    Hexb Hi fi bar x1

    I don't really like dairy so am struggling with healthy extras but tonight I fancied it so had small glass of semi skimmed. (100 mls). How does this look? It's only day 3 for me. Chicken was grilled and I am eating a LOT of veg!! Does this look ok or too much. Am very full right now lol

    B: banana, plum and pear

    L: chicken breast grilled with spinach and toms

    D: chicken oven baked with peppers, onion and pasatta with whole wheat pasta

    Hexa - small glass (100ml) skim milk
    Hexb - hi fi bar

    1x vodka and soda
    3x. Small glasses 125ml red wine. 16,syns

    Slightly naughty with wine last night but I've been so good all week!!!!

    Hi newbie here as well! Did you have to syn your bananna in a smoothie? I read it's about 6 syns if you mash a bananna so didn't know about a smoothie? Would love a smoothie...
