Pick it up on thursday... I'm very excited!!!

Tonights at Crossfit we did Bench Press which I HATE!!! Lol...

But pb'd it!!! YAY!!! By 5kg... Also did my first pull ups on the bands... YAY!! Progress....

Work out was 21-15-9

Press ups
Sit ups

Tomorrow night is deadlift!!! YAY!!!

Soooooo the results are in.... Over the month I have lost 4lb!!!

But I have lost 3% body fat.....
1cm off the top of my arms
3cm just under my boobs
Smallest of my waist remained the same
6cm off my waist at my belly button
10cm off my hips
3cm off my thighs
2cm off my calves!!!

Overall VERY chuffed!!!!

I'm sure I wont be as lucky next month as I'm sure some was water!!! But I know I'm doing the right thing.... Onwards and inwards!!!

Awwww thanks ladies!!! So glad I'm doing things right!!! Reducing carbs a little bit more... try and blast off a bit more body fat!!! Aiming for about 60......

Loving it!!! Them results and had lots of little treats!!! Love paleo!!!

Wooohooo! In reality you will have lost more than 4lb of fat -your muscle tone will have increased dramatically and that weighs twice as much!

Those are fabulous results hun!! Well done
