Deryn's food dairy red and some green days

    Please comment as i am in my 3rd week having lost nothing the second week.(first week lost 5lbs)
    day one of 3rd week

    250ml ss milk
    57gms brown bread
    28gms fruit and fibre
    Breakfast
    2 turkey rashers, egg and mushrooms fried in fry light
    Lunch
    Fresh salmon sandwich in brown bread, 1syn for exlight Helmans mayo
    small portion of cold chicken with skin removed+ tomato
    1 Banana
    fruit salad and yogurt syns2.5
    cold chicken salad
    fruit salad and meringue nest +fat free yogurt Syns 2.5
    total syns 6
    so far so good???

    SW
    The first thing I noticed was that you seem to be having 3 heb's

    Breafast you had fruit and fibre and brown bread, for lunch you had more bread, or did you have one slice for lunch and one for breakfast from a 400g loaf.

    I would also increase the amount of vegetables I was eating aswell.

    Other than that looks good to me. :D

    thanks,good to know i am on track and yes 58grams of brown bread split up between breakfast and lunch.

    hi there,
    got on scales today and had put on 1 lb. i am not going to weigh myself again till Friday honest!!!
    Sunday Red day
    Hea 2oz cheese
    Heb 57 gms brown bread
    28gms Fruit and fibre

    Breakfast =2 turkey rashers, egg and mushrooms fried with spray light

    Lunch = cheese and tomato sandwich using hexa and hexb
    Dinner cold poached fresh salmon broccoli, carrots, courgettes, green beans and cauliflower
    fresh fruit salad with fat free yogurt and tesco meringue 2.5 syns
    total syns 2.5

    Is this OK???

    2 turkey rashers and poached egg

    Lunch Chicken and tomatoes

    Dinner Fresh salmon and salad

    fruits salad
    syn free baked custard
    2.5 syn yogurt
    2.5 meringue nest
    total syns
    is this Ok someone?? i am aware there are no vegetables today but i am i work til 8.30 pm so brought all my food in with me.
