I've been thinking how to spend my weeklies. It will give me something to think about in the wee small hours when my shift is a lot quieter. I usually share a bottle of wine & go out for a meal at the weekend, but with me working, it won't happen this week. I might have a take away, McDonalds milkshake & whatever else I come up with over the next few days to use some of my weeklies up. I ALWAYS use my weeklies, it helps as the weight loss increases, the dailies decrease.
Mm decisions, descisions!!

I have decided to keep my weeklies for the next 2 days. Going to treat myself to a chinese takeaway. Weigh in is on Monday so here's hoping I get my 2 stone!

Woo hoo, Saturday has arrived!!! This is my 'night off' from dieting. Chinese tonight & a few little treats.

Yep, Monday is the start of a new week & 49 weeklies too!! I love Jaffa cakes, could eat a whole packet, no problem, but split the pack over Saturday & Sunday. It's all about portion control, see I'm learning lol.

I was half a pound away, just came out of weigh in & I lost a pound & a half.
Only 6 pound away from my next goal :)
