Hiya! Thank you, I've found it enjoyable to be honest. I never thought I would say that about any healthy eating plan, but ww'ers has surprised me.
The fact I have flexibility to eat what I want makes it easier to stick to x

Enjoying my week off & today I walked just over 5 miles. Feet are a bit tender, need to wear better shoes!

I won't take the activity points though even though according to the ww website it should be 6.

Anyway, today's menu looks like this

Breakfast 6pp
Porridge made with oatmeal 4pp
Milk 2pp

Lunch 11pp
Ham & turkey breast 6 inch sub from subway (LOVE this place!!) 7pp
Honey mustard sauce 1pp
Freddo chocolate caramel 3pp

Dinner 11pp
Pork loin steak 7pp (was a biggy)
New potatoes 4pp
Apples, mushroom, onions & herbs (was delicious) 0pp

I know, but I would be eating the points just for the sake of eating them. I'm hoping that it will show on the scales on Monday.

Apples go well with pork, I just wondered how I could incorporate them into my dinner without them being turned into an apple sauce. Swwet & sour has pineapple so why not chunks of apple with veg lol. Anyway, I made it & it was actually really tasty & all FREEEEE!!!!! lol x

Had some retail therapy today & bought new shoes :-D When I was out & about I popped into Costa for lunch. After reading the thread re point values of big chains, I decided last night, that Costa was where I was heading. I was SOO good! I bought a packet of 6 mini muffins but ate only 3 & took the other 3 home. Normally I wouldn't think twice about popping them all into my mouth, but today I thought no, don't eat them all. Boy that was an endurance test, but I did it. I gave them to my wee fella so I wouldn't be tempted to eat the lot!

Todays menu is

Breakfast 10pp
2 slices toast & marmalade 5pp
Milk 2pp
Nectarine
Aero biscuit 3pp

Lunch 14pp
Chicken sandwich 8
3raspberry & white mini muffins 6pp
Americano with sugar free vanilla syrup (FREEE!!! Zero, nil, no points!!)

Dinner 10pp

Just a note, my dinners are served on side plates, but they are large side plates. My dinner plates are massive & food looks lost on them. At least on my large side plates, they look full. As the old saying goes, the eye sees it........

Plate I need to get me one of them and I red somewhere if you eat of a red plate it helps you feel fuller or somethin I don't know should have taken more notice ! Lol xx

I read that somewhere too!!! It's suppose to make you feel fuller for some reason, a trick of the mind maybe? I'll try anything lol xx

The shopping trip sounds successful! Dinner looks yummy as always,love the look of those Chicken breast :0) good idea with the smaller plates,makes a lot of sense :0)

Me too!! I'm a quantity girl as well lol. If I don't feel full, I'm not satisfied & feel cheated when I have a half empty plate. I used to wonder if I ate too much on this eating plan, but I've lost weight & feel satisfied so it seems to work. I think I just use my points wisely to get the most out of my meals.
Keep filling that plate up, full plate equals full tum lol x
 
Back to work today but only for 1 shift. I was on from 10am until 10pm so had to take my lunch & dinner with me. Luckily, I made a double quantity of last nights dinner & have access to a microwave so it wasn't a problem for me. I don't have access to any other food & can only eat what I take with me.

Once home tonight, I had a few little chocolate treats!! Well, it is Saturday night lol.
