Will do,have set myself a mini challenge,I have 5 wi's till my birthday and want to lose 5lbs by then to get me into the 10s,fingers crossed :0)

Thank you. I like to experiment & adapt food I like to make it ww'er friendly. I think life is too short for eating salads!! x
