Amazing job! ;) How can you turn down cake? I don't even.. ;)

Sorry to hear about the feeling shaky etc, adrenaline rush?! lol :p Hope you enjoyed your wine too! ^^

I'd have been better off having cake rather than eating all those snacks. Medicinal purposes of course ;-)
Wine was lovely, shared a bottle with Hubby last night. Hope you're feeling better huni xx

Snacks were nice though and you would have enjoyed them more than cake. Hope you have a nice day. Xx

You are SO right, the cake would've lasted 2 mouthfuls, the snacks a lot longer & tastier,

I've made the Hairy Dieters beef & ale casserole for tonight. I'll reheat later and I'm putting pastry on it for family but I've put my portion in a pot and added more veg to mine to bulk it out. I'll let you know how it goes xx

Glad you enjoyed the casserole! What do you think of the WW sticky toffee pud btw? :) Pizza hut, yum! Leggera I think? Or something like that! Some funny italian word! :p

Dinner tonight sounds amazing!

Leggera sounds about right! I enjoyed the sticky toffee, been a while since I've had something like that :) xx

Stuffed my face today & went over my points :-( I just need to draw a line under it & face weigh in tomorrow.

Here's dinner which was gorgeous

image-424155114.jpg

Total of 11pp's. 6 for stuffed chicken, 5 for rosti. Profiteroles were 7pp for 3. It would have been good if I had stopped there but I didn't :-(
Chocolate, chocolate & more feckin chocolate was not on the menu, but eaten anyway. I tried to fight the urge but couldn't.
This is my first blow out since I joined ww'ers.
The rest of the day went something like this

Breakfast 4pp
Weetabix 3pp
Milk 1pp

Lunch 6pp
Roll 4pp ham 1pp butter 1pp

Tomorrow is the start of another day AND another week

As long as you enjoyed it that's all that matters. Draw a line under it and start again tomorrow xxx looks yum - profiteroles are my favourite :)

Was wondering if anyone knows the pp's in crumpets. I have access to esource but as there are 2 types of crumpets, (the thick white ones & the thin pancake like ones), I don't know which is which on esource. I bought some from Greggs today but to compare them against another brand is difficult as I don't know which crumpet is which :-s

Check out my Fitness pal APP it has most things on it and gives you the info you need to check out the ww points, very handy. Oh food looks lovely.

I should not be let out the house. Went shopping & spent a ruddy fortune!! My menu's are up in the air as I bought the M&S £10 meal deal which we'll have on Sunday, and the £5 meal deal which I'll keep til Monday. I'm still doing the salmon for tonight & beef & ale for tomorrow though.
I also bought a dress for a wedding we're going to in a couple of weeks. I've posted a photo of it, it's lovely on & it hangs down at the back. All the dresses I tried on were too short or showed my spare tyre but this was perfect. I may even pluck up the courage to put it on & post a pic of me wearing it eek!!!

Eats so far -

Breakfast 6pp
Special K fruit & nut (really nice) 5pp
Milk 1pp

Lunch 3pp
Stuffed portobello mushrooms (smoked salmon 2pp, cream 1pp) baked til soft. (I don't like smoked salmon the way it is as I feel it is still raw, but cooked like this was delicious)
<img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=65483"/>
Dinner will be posted later plus my snacks. I went a bit nuts in M&S foodhall so will be munching my way through treats over the next few days & what makes ww'ers all the more amazing is nothing is forbidden :-D :-D

Gorgous dress love the colour!!

Ok, Here is a photo of me in a dress which, may I add, I NEVER wear dresses!! I thought I would post a photo of me which was taken the week before I joined weight watchers too just to see the difference. Here goes -
<img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=65491"/>
That was me at the beginning of April
<img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=65492"/>
This is me today. Nearly 3 stone down and I've still got just over 2 to go but I'm over half way there :)
This is like my secret place that no-one knows about. I would never post photos of me to complete strangers never mind anyone else seeing them, especially fat photos!!! There's something about this forum that even though you haven't met any of the people, you have a connection with them as we all have the same goal.
My family don't have a weight problem & never have done so I feel that they don't understand. They say the solution is easy, eat less but that's not the answer or the solution.
On here, everyone understands & I get support from here and at class. For that, I say thank you to you all xxxx

Wow what a dif you look fantastic! How much did you lose? Oh seen it underneath 3 stone well done you!
