Diary of a first year student!!

Heeeeey - I'm Sophie :) Just thought I'd write a food diary to give me a bit of motivation/ support so feel free to subscribe/advice/ tell me off if I am off track!

I'll start 100% tomorrow (hopefully!) so:

Brunch - its the weekend so a definite lie in past breakfast!! : 2x wholemeal bread (hexb), scrambled egg, mushroom, onion and 2xquorn sausage (anyone know how many syns?!)
Dinner - chicken stir fry with carrots, pepper, onion and mushroom

Snacks: mughshot (if im real hungry!) and pears because that's the only fruit I have in at the moment!


That looking ok so far? :confused: xxx
