I am starting SW today and want to start a food diary to help me keep track.

I have done SW before and enjoyed it, I did lose slowly though so Im not expecting miracles but have accepted that the only sensible way to lose weight is slowly and eating a normal and sensible food so here goes....

Day 1 EE

Breakfast
28g Shreddies (HEXB)
350ml Skimmed Milk (HEXA)
Banana


Lunch
Couscous, quorn pieces, onion ,mushrooms and peppers
Pear

Dinner
Gammon Ham , 1 egg , SW Chips and salad

Snacks
Pear x2

Syns
Walkers crisps (9)
cocktail sausages x2 (3)

Apple, Banana, Melon topped with ff activia yogurt

Lunch
Jacket Potato with baked beans and salad (Lettuce,cucumber,spring onion)
Pear, Apple

Dinner
Risotto with gammon ham, mushrooms and peas
HEXB for tbsp olive oil
HEXA for 28g parmasan
Butter (3)

Snacks
Melon, kiwi and a ff activia yogurt

Well week 1 is over and I can honestly say it doesnt feel like I have been on a diet :)

I am very happy to report that I have lost 6.5lbs this week:D I know it will slow down now but I still cant wait to see next weeks result ;)
