I am starting SW today and want to start a food diary to help me keep track.
I have done SW before and enjoyed it, I did lose slowly though so Im not expecting miracles but have accepted that the only sensible way to lose weight is slowly and eating a normal and sensible food so here goes....
Day 1 EE
Breakfast
28g Shreddies (HEXB)
350ml Skimmed Milk (HEXA)
Banana
Lunch
Couscous, quorn pieces, onion ,mushrooms and peppers
Pear
Dinner
Gammon Ham , 1 egg , SW Chips and salad
Snacks
Pear x2
Syns
Walkers crisps (9)
cocktail sausages x2 (3)
