Diary time, Exante TS will change my life!

Well my body at least!!! ;) ;) ;)

Its the morning of day 2 and ive woken up starving and extremely thirsty. Yesterday wasnt to bad, although the other half really wasnt helping when he cooked sausages and bubble last night :rolleyes:

For the last 5 weeks ive just been eating more healthily and cutting out all the chocs and coke, which has been a great start (lost 16 pounds) but I just wanted something that would focus me a little more.
A customer in my video shop had been doing lipotrim at the chemist and had brilliant results. Id read about Exante on here (such a great resource) and passed the info on to him, so weve shared a bumper pack and become diet buddies!

I had the chicken soup last night, which was supprisingly good, esp with a little more chili on top. This morning ive had the vanilla shake hot, with a spoonful of coffee (thanks again for that tip!) deffo highly recommended!! :p

Im still very hungry tho, so will go to see my horse and try and take my mind off it. Will pop to a chemist for ketostix too.

After reading a few diaries, I cant wait for my weigh in, how exciting!

Moan alert!........

Boy this is hard, day 2 was ok until late afternoon and then the hunger pangs started and havent stopped. Ive also had a mild headache, but that hasnt been too bad. Vanilla latte for breakfast, Id split the bar between lunch and tea break and had the mushroom soup with tons of black pepper for dinner, which was pretty good.

Today on day 3 is even worse, I feel really weak and im having stomach cramps along with the washing machine sounds! but the will power is holding thankfully. Hot chocolate milkshake this morning was tasty, will prolly try the veg soup tonight, but im not looking forward to it.

And boy am i grumpy!!!

Have woken up feeling a little 'high' this morning, a bit tingly in my fingers and toes, a little light headed and not soooo starving thankfully.

Have just a green tea with lemon, but will get some fresh lemon / juice to swap to the caffine free version (strange they dont do a caff free lemon type)

I assume lemon is ok?

I don't think citrus fruit is good for this diet. Not sure though, but fruit is high is no go lists. Be good to know for sure though.

Thats surprising to me, ive read tons of ketogenic recipes that have lemon in them , including fresh lemonade!

Lemon definitely isnt ok at all. Something to do with citric acid knocking people out of ketosis which will make it so much harder for you to stick to this.

The reason why you see some "ketogenic" recipes on t'internet is cause they are basing it on doing it from scratch with no supplements (aka Exante) which have enough carbs in them for you to stay in ketosis (minute amounts) and if you go over much more you will kick yourself out. If you had NO supplements lemon will probably be okay, but you are taking exante so its not.

The idea with TS Exante is you are supposed to eat them and really nothing else. WS is a ketogenic diet with food (so more cals) but even then you still cannot have anything in carb family :)
