Quick question,
For my dinner I had a baked potato just under 8oz with a small tin of tuna, low fat fromaige frais with chives and a small cereal bowl of salad. But....when I put it all on the plate it looked too much ?
Can anyone give me advice whether or not I've followed the refeed properly, I'm on day 3.
