Does anyone have any diet related new years resolutions? If so put them here - sometimes its easier to stick to something if its written down!

    Mine are:

    1. To lose 14lbs by 14th Feb
    2. To get to goal weight as close to 16th May as possible (thats when I do the moonwalk!)

    In 2009, I WILL:-

    i) Leave the 'overweight' BMI category behind.

ii) Reach my goal weight (and not get despondent if I'm not losing the weight fast enough for MY liking and then jack it all in and undo all my good work so far).

iii) Do some form of aerobic exercise 5 days out of 7.

Lol, once I get into the swing of it it's a pretty easy habit to keep going plus I don't lose weight well just cutting back the food side of things so it really helps. Even if some days it's only 10 mins on the mini trampoline it all counts!!;):D
