Hi al long time no speak, ive been so off track since coming off cd but managed only to put on a few pounds, really been watching what ive been eating. Well oim going out tomorrow night to see dirty dancing, only thing is we have had to put 2 of our tickets on ebay coz the people we were going with now cant go (family problems) and its a waste. if anyones interested go to this link
