Hi guys,
I have been thinking a lot about the kind of body I want once I have finished on this and i'd love to have a nice toned tummy but still be curvy.
I know that obviously doing crunches etc would be the biggest help to my tum but do you think it would ever be flat?
I just worry because I have been fairly big since school and at the times when I have been thinner I have still had a flabby belly with a bit of an over hang. I dont know if that will ever go? Has anyone had any experience of this?
