Hows everyone doing? I lost 4.5lbs this week, so it all seems to be going the right direction for me still!

I'm still doing well and still motivated. Was naughty yesterday but dont feel too guilty had some chocolate. If I feel too guilty just put me off diet so just went back on diet as soon as I finished the bar. Just do some more exercise to burn it off
