Extra Easy Does consultant help set targets?

    Hi, hoping someone can help. I have a lot to loose. Just looking at my book there and the back page where the weekly weight is recorded there is sections for club 10 weight target etc

    I was just wondering if your consultant helps with these or should you just fill yourself? I don't have a target as such I'd like to loose 7/8/9 stone. I don't know but I would like to get into the 16 stones first because I can't remember ever being that weight.

  3. Personally, my consultant asked me what weight I would ideally like to be at. Similiar to you, I have alot to lose aswell! Set yourself an estimated goal, as it can always be changed. I set my goal to be 15st, but I know I'd want to go beyond that now. I'm going to keep continuing my weight loss until I find somewhere I'm happy with. Hope this helps and good luck! xx

    Your Club 10 is just losing 10% of your starting weight, the online progress chart will tell you what that is if you don't want to work it out.
    And as for your target, you don't have to set one until you are ready or indeed at all and just decide when you get there. You could set an interim target for 16st and just take it half a stone at a time.

    I have set goals with myself rather than write them in my book. I still haven't set a target weight as im not sure what I want it to be. I think I'll know when im there :) Good luck on your journey x

    Thanks for all the help. Think I will just set myself little goals. I am just taking it every 7pounds at a time!

    First my 10% then next goal is 12st 7lb which is a big hurdle for me,
  8. Your consultant will help and offer advice if you ask for it. But won't push you to a specific target if that's not what you want. There is a chart which will give you guidelines as to ideal weight in relation to height, so you could use that, or you could decide for yourself, set a preliminary target and see how you go, or simply not set a target at all. Different solutions suit different people.
