Hi, hoping someone can help. I have a lot to loose. Just looking at my book there and the back page where the weekly weight is recorded there is sections for club 10 weight target etc I was just wondering if your consultant helps with these or should you just fill yourself? I don't have a target as such I'd like to loose 7/8/9 stone. I don't know but I would like to get into the 16 stones first because I can't remember ever being that weight.
