I am rubbish at drinking water - really rubbish. I just never feel thirsty and have to force it down. Wouldn't surprise me if I drink a max 2 pints a day.
Anyway, I did Exante before (see sig) and was succesful with it despite low water intake.
Does it really make that much of a difference? Surely it is simply calories in/out that equals weight-loss? Struggling to understand how water intake would make a difference?
Anyone find they lost more by upping their fluids? Or vice versa?
