Does it make a difference?

Hi I'm on Day 8 and I have a question - I bought a mixed bumper pack so I'm having a shake, a bar and a soup each day. I just wondered if anyone has found that they get different losses if they have all 3 meal replacements as shakes/soups and no bar?? I ask this because I know that they have higher carbs and you're only supposed to have 1 bar a day. This then got me thinking 'if I don't have a bar would my losses be better?' :confused:
