Does this sound ok?

Ok, new to this so thought I'd post what Im eating to see if I've got this right:

green day

breakfast
Shredded Wheat (hexb) and 125mls milk (1/2 hexa) with muller light & grapes

Snack
Pineapple
Alpen Light bar (hexb)

Lunch
Mushy Pea Curry free on green

Snack
banana & orange

Dinner
something free on green from recipe book

Snack
fruit in low fat natural yogurt

Is this ok???

are you gonna make up your other half of the hexa also iirc the shredded wheat has to be eaten with a ryvita thing to make it a hexb
 
hey, yeah I have the rest of my milk in coffee, I measure out 250 mls in the morning.
so can I not count a shredded wheat as a hexb unless I have a rivita ?
 
You can have 2 Alpen Lights as a HEb :)

Opinions vary on whether you can still count the Shredded Wheat as a Heb if you don't have the Ryvita, but many of us, me included, will tell you that it's fine to still count it as a heb.
 
What did you have with the mushy pea curry?

Also as mentioned - 2 alpen lights = HEb

You don't seem to be having syns?? Are you planning on doing so?
 
ok well sounds like you'll need a few more syns then to me :)

They reckon about 10 a day is a good amount, so find something yummy & low syn :D
