doing this as a much needed kick up the bum!

Hi guys.

i've lost 2stone doing sw at home and i absolutely love it, and yet every few months i just can't seem to stop myself going stupid and wandering off plan for a few days. i just wish i could understand why i keep hitting the self desruct button:cry:. i've put 2lbs back on through this, so i thought if i had a food diary on here where people could ive me a friendly kick up the bum when i start to waver it'll help. wish me luck :)

Day One: Mix2Max

Breakfast: 56g honey nut shreddies ( 28g as HXB and 28g as syns ) and milk from my HXa 5.5

Lunch: chicken soup 2.5 and x2 slices of 400g wholemeal bread HXB and a cookie 3.5

Dinner: don't know yet.

Total syns:11 1/2
