it is a bit scary to change days, at first i started off only doing red days and then i tried a green day now i love them! i try to do 3 red 4 green!
Looks like you are getting the hang of it though, so well down keep up the good work!

I came and found you. This is all looking good. I find that red days help me loose more, but I love both and throw in the odd EE now and again.
 
I have enjoyed my weekend of red day's and shall have more now that I have taken the plunge, still have'nt attempted an EE day yet though, but I intend to, thank you for finding me, I appreciate it, X

i know im starting to get into it now taken me a little while but i love doing this had a sts this week so am on a really mission this week to get those scales moving! I think it was just what i needed to be honest made me think about how much i want this!!

I lost 2lbs this week which I am thrilled with.

This is a 'treat' day in my head as it is WI day and I can indulge in something different - but I keep going over and over my menu and it seems OK to me, and yet I seem to be having a lot of food today.

If anyone looks in and they have a minute to check it, can they confirm that it is all legal and within my Green day choices, thank you.
 
well done to you! all looks fine to me but do you not get hungry just having fruit and yogurt for lunch i would be starving! but i suppose you are having a big breakfast.
 
I had a big (late) breakfast and as I am having chips and burgers for dinner I didn't want to over eat at lunch, I just wanted the room to get my teeth around my dinner, LOL......Thank you Henna X

Hi Donnie

Your menus look fab - I seem to be eating loads more than you - I am following to the letter but am eating about 5 pieces of fruit a day - 2 are often satsumas and loads salad as well - my councellor said to have as much as allowed to start with as otherwise there will be nothing to cut back on if the weight loss slows - I do feel like I am eating too much although I am eating till I feel full and then not eating again until I feel hungry again - well done you though on your loss - I don't have the willpower to go it alone I'm afraid - keep up the good work
