I had intended to congratulate you on 27th May for posting A WHOLE YEAR of inspirational food diaries, but have been so out of touch with MiniMins recently, that I completely missed it!!!

I love the new format you've adopted, highlighting speed and superspeed foods - a great help to all newbies who pop in for a look, and even after all this time I often think oooh, I'd forgotten that was an ss!!!

Delighted, of course, that Jamie is home at last! Keep up the good work! Best Wishes, Roz.

Donnie's food diary for Saturday 19th June - it's a FLEXI DAY.

My son is cooking a Thai meal today - he took a Cookery Course when he was living and teaching in Thailand 5 years ago - so his Thai food is delicious.......(we have got him an office chair with wheels, so that he can scoot around the kitchen, because he does love to cook), it's amazing what ways we have utilised to help him to mobilise around the home.....


So I am taking a Flexi day today, but I will be back on plan tomorrow.

Donnie's food diary.....

I have had two falls in the last few days and also I've had a bit of a 'collapse' - the months of staying positive for my son and the rest of my family have suddenly 'hit me', and it has affected me quite badly.

My eating and mealtimes have been all over the place, so I have decided to make this week a 'holiday' week, and I will take the consequences at my WI on Friday, and then I can start a new week on plan then.

So, see you on Friday.
