Thank you Lou, it's my daily medications that hold me back I'm afraid, I take steroids and one of their side effects is weight gain.....but I am getting there very slowly.

The joy of the SW diet is that you can change plans from day to day so it never gets boring, otherwise I think I would have fell by the wayside ages ago. X

Is that mix 2 match that you sometimes do? I know it used to be on bodyoptimise.com but it doesn't seem to be there anymore! I'd like to give it a whirl.

I'm also on steroids, so I know how hard it can be. The fact that you've lost all this weight, especially while being on steroids is truly inspirational. I mean that. :eek: I find they give me terrible cravings, it's hard to deal with. If you don't mind me being nosy, are you on prednisolone or something else?

I've never actually attended a meeting, I do SW home alone.....and I do believe that EE has taken over the old M2M plan, but some of us still like to do it, and as long as it is followed properly it is still still a good plan.

I have lost 4½ stones now but it has taken me close on 18 months to lose it mainly because of the steroids, that's why I like to swap my plans around all the time, it stops me from getting bored.

But even though I only have small weekly losses, the weight is still coming off - so it does prove that peserverance with steroids can work.

Yes, I do take prednisolone 4 tablets a day now, but I have been taking as high as 8 a day, I take them for Rheumatoid Arthritis.
