Thanks both, I'm going to put mine away too Heather I eat more if lost a few pounds which is.bonkers, I did too by end of the week I was distressed but soon got used to it n days were easier then as had to stay on plan you will be fine your a good girl lol

Morning all I am back on track !!!!

Thursday morning .... I am trying to give up crisps I dont know how long for I dont know if it will be possible but I am trying !!!

Milk for day- 4pp.
brek--porridge and a banana. 9/41.
snack- 2 cream crackers 2 1 low fat cheese triangle 1 and 2 plums 12/41.
Lunch-tesco meal sweet chilli chicken with noodles 7, and a cappucino 2 and a mini pack of buttons 2 23/41 pp.
tea- to be added and any further points
going to jump back on my bike today, would love to say drink litres of water but I just cant stomach it anymore s/w has killed my love of lots of things I have to force lots of things I used to love down me at the mo fruit, yoghurts water squash most veg homemade soup natural yoghurt and berries was my ultimate fav breakfast ever I just cant look at it now hmmm hope this changes soon.. Have a fab day all x

Tea was a tin of tomato soup and a toasted value pitta bread =7 30/41.
also had 2 cream crackers light phili,3 mini buttons 2, and a rich tea 1, and 2 slices of bread 4 and marg 1 with other half a tin of soup - 41/41 ..

Today has been a good food day it was so nice to come home from work look in cupboard and actually have a tin of soup sounds so weirdly normal to most but when you have spent hours and hours cooking a week on s/w the simple things make life so much easier lol xx

Well officially hubby is weighing me from next Friday so today's weigh in is a bonus, actually its a miracle after I have really not stuck to it properly apart from last few days so 3lb off is proof to me that WW certainly works eating all my points and weeklies now all I need to do is to reign in the junk foods and start to build bigger meals so I don't have so many left over in an evening... The weather is grey and drab here but its so nice to have Nathan running round like a loony again antibiotics are amazing 1 day on them and his advanced tonsillitus is receding already crazy !!! I am thinking about trying a shop in ALDIS for a change this week but quite nervous as dont know points of anything so need to have a mooch online n see if I can find any info money saving is massively important to me at mo but so is losing pounds lol x
 
Well done on that 3lb loss that's brilliant.
I don't tend to shop anywhere like Aldi as the food is fine but once you've been there and they don't have something you normal buy. You still have to go back to your normal shop and so spend as much. I tried buying my food and veg from morrisons a few weeks ago. But worked out the same price and the quality in tesco is alot better. But it's worth a try just to see if it makes a difference to you x
 
Well done on your loss. You're so right about a simple thing like getting a tin of soup out the cupboard. SW is quite hard work when you think about it. Constant cooking from scratch! x
 
Well done on the loss hun. Aldi has some good low syn and free stuff but check online cos I've been caught with their yoghurts before now xx

Thanks guys I think il stick with Asdas they can deliver it for £2 I will then get nothing I shouldn't and like Heather said I know il end up in Tesco again as somethings I just cant not have like coffee lol I tend to do 3 weeks tesco 1 week asda a month as Nath loves asda cereals so I stock up on those once a month I also prefer tescos fruit but don't really need as much now I am w/w'ing as I dont have to eat gazillions anymore...
 
Yesterday was a fab day Andrew n I had A treat supper some gooey pulled pork garlic bread n chickeny bits and chocs so used my dailys and 31/49 weeklies which I am really fine about so now had my treat meal n back on track 100% without that horrible guilty feeling of pigging out....

my points have dropped down to 40 now :eek: lol they go down quite quickly it seems !!

Milk for day 4 pp
brek- 2 bread 4 mushrooms and an egg 2 sarnie 10/40.
lunch- wrap 5 cuc lettuce tomato onion n mayo 0 and 1 for ham and a kitkat 3 19/40..
Tea-will fill in later as working 4-12 x
 
Your food from yesterday and today sounds yummy. Think you drop a point for every 7lb you lose but I could be wrong. Having my treat night :) xx

Here to subscribe...well done on your 3lb loss this week. I need to wean myself off junk/snacky type foods and concentrate on filling wholesome meals too.

Hiyas Maria hmmm weaning not going well here at all this weekend but Sundays are always a nightmare for me if I knew what day to weigh to prevent me doing this I would change like a flash !!! Hmm will have a think now I am weighing on a Fri am ive now got all weekend to eat weeklies it is working for me so far but I dont feel content knowing im eating so much Junk !!

brek- activia yog 2 a banana grapes and a tangerine 6/40
Lunch- pots 3, chicken 3, gravy 2, carrots swede sprouts green beans 0 yorkshires 2 16/40.
snack after washing up n cleaning kitkat 3 19/40
Tea- ww wrap 3, ham 1, crisps 7,mayo cuc tomato 0 aero 6. 36/40
also picked on 3 rich teas and a maltesers bunny just had a pick whilst watching tele and half a sarnie with Nathan yyyyyyyyyyyyyyy???

Thank god I still have weeklies left I have now literally ate the lot if the bloody crap werent in house id not have eaten them on the other hand if I was stronger I also wouldnt have eaten them eh ...... im going to do 5 mins on vibeplate n walk to work tonight as penance lol ...

On the other hand its been a stunning day here in Wales apart from being thrashed in rugby :cool::cry:

Last shift tonight its been a long 6 on the tamp thank god for 2 days off... Naths back in school too tomorrow antibiotics have worked wonders, I am waiting patiently for dancing on ice now yay !! going to have an hour with Nath in bed then hopefully as Andrews in work til 10 pm il have peace...

I have not tried the tabs I started ww instead didnt I lol, the hynosis cd is fab tho it def does restrict cals intake and god it gives you the best relaxing nights sleep I think il put it on tomorrow when I go to bed after night shift !! Knocks me out within mins !! x
 
That's good about the dvd. The only time I get a good night's sleep is when Mark is of camping. Because he works nights he normals works around from 4pm to 4am. So when he gets in he wakes me up as
I sleep quite lightly and then once he's chatted to me. Puts his head on the pillow starts snoring. . So maybe I should try this dvd. Lol.
 
Andrews the same on a day shift his alarm starts going off at 4.40 he finally gets out of bed at 5.15 when I am about to kill him :mad: I cant go back to sleep then nightmare, Well nightshift was flat out last night so knackered crawling to bed after Nath going to school well put Paul mckenna on heard him mumble something about gastric band and I was gone lmao it feeds your subconscious so not totally wasted any hpno cd will relax you into sleep tho Heather and you can download them to your phone too...

Well I have been thinking as I weigh in on a Friday morning now it gives me free reign to eat all weekend as get so many points at mo so wondering about changing my weigh day my shifts have altered in work so I am now working 8-4 wed, thur, 4-8(eve) friday, sat 4-12(eve), and sunday night shift We dont tend to go out often so socialising isnt the norm and we can grab a bottle of wine any night really as we arent big drinkers... Any ideas girls?

lunch-2 warburton thins,6, ham 1, 2 cheese slices low fat 2, crisps 3, and a kitkat 3. 19/40
Tea- chicken 4 stirfry veg 0, stirfry sauce 2 crusty roll 6 31/40
also had a mini pack of buttons with a cuppa 33/40... going to use 2 pp on a mini crunchie when naths in bed so 35/40 a good food day...

going to try n aim for 35/40 today as really blitzed weeklies over weekend n worried I went to far!!

It's a gorgeous day here in Derbyshire too. Doesn't it make a difference?

I've no bright ideas about your WI but I prefer a Monday morning, I've weighed on a Weds, Friday, Saturday & Monday just works better for me. It keeps me in check at the weekend & I find I fancy more of a 'treat meal' on a Monday.

I don't think there's a magic day, it's what fits best into your life x
 
Brrrrr suns shining but god its freezing here !! Had a lousy nights sleep last night dont actually know if I went to sleep to be honest as stayed in bed til 2pm yesterday after a night shift ... Never mind done 2 hours ironing as daftly let it mount back up again as both working so much overtime at mo, may have a sneaky hour after lunch.....

Milk for day 3(skimmed today)
brek- 2 toast 4, marg 1, and a skinny slice of ham 1 9/40
snack cuppa and a kitkat 3 12/40.
Lunch- ww wrap with cuc toms onion lettuce mayo 0 and will weigh out some cooked chicken tikka 2.
tea-thinking about veg and beef in gravy with yorkshires mmmm. It will be something cooked anyway as evetyones had packed lunches today so far.

done school run I dont know if I have to this afternoon yet?? but will go for an hours walk tonight if weather holds out I need to sort my pedometer out !!

4 coffees
2 pints pepsi max
2 pints water
2 pints squash
thats the aim lol will also aim for 35/40 again today to try n pull a little back x
