Drinks flavouring

    I cant cope with plain water, it makes me retch so my CD gave me some orange flavouring. Its really nice and I have managed 2-3 litres a day, is this ok.
    I put a small teaspoon (not heaped) in each 2 litre bottle.

    unofficial answer as i ain't no CDC... but i think you should only have 1tsp a day in 2litres of water......

    I use more than that as I like it to taste quite strong-I wasn't told to limit it at all.

    Officially, water flavourings are introduced in week 3 and no more than one teaspoon per day. I used to use that teaspoon to make up at least 2 litres as it can be quite strong. :)
