Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Weighed myself today. I am 8 st 12.

Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs. Banana

Mid morning- blueberries

Lunch- another stir fry..last one! Woohooo. I added noodles today.

Mid afternoon- alpen light bar hexb and apple

Tea- sweet chilli fish fillets 0.5 syn asparagus, more veg. Not sure what else :/ i might add a fillet of smoked fish and just have fish and veg

Supper-:persimmon, carrot, popcorn (2.5 syns)

Hexa- milk in coffee
 
Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs, banana, small bowl of cheerios as i was starving today

Lunch- pre made syn free pasta, with salad. Pink and white. Asda bubbly bite

Tea- quorn roast which ive never had before, veg and maybe some stuffing.

Im back! Arhhh 4 days without internet!

Im not going to write diarys for those days. However i did lots of batch cooking saturday. I made tuna pasta with quark. Some quinoa flapjack things...half a syn each if you dnt syn the quinoa..very yummy. I also made and froze fittata.

Todays plan

Breakfast- syn free fritata with spring onion, spinach, pepper etc with ketchup

Im not sure about lunch today! Maybe a ' picnic lunch' sandwich, eggs, carrot sticks etc

Snack- fruit

Tea- beef and red wine casserole on smash.

Supper- ff yog, blueberries.

I walked for an hour today but i would like to go running when i finish work at 5pm. I will update!
 
Because i didnt want to mention ' the C word'! I did start it in october i think! I want to change the title though as i want to continue it..do you know how?

i used sweet pot and normal pots for the mash on top. I also just used the fish i had in freezer which was smoked and white x
 
I will do tomorrows as its all planned in my head

Break- 2.5 boiled eggs, yog and blueberries ( thursday early start)

Lunch- tuna pasta with quark

I have some apples that need eating.
Tea- wrap pizza, ummmm

Babtsitting tomorrow evening so will use some syns on snacks
