Todayyyyy

Brekfast- nothing..i forgot! Obviously wasnt that hungry. Cleaned the house ready for our xmas decs!

Lunch- mug shot as i want sonething quick!

Tea- courgette mince bake thing?! Not really sure! maybe a burger and courgette carrot chips..i think that sounds better!

Snacks-2 satsumas, carrot. Apple.

We have a busy day tomorrow. We have friends over for brunch and im doing bacon butties. Im goung to stick to plan and cut off the fat of mine and im making a sw frittata too. Then we are meeting friends for drinks...thats when it will go downhill...the 'T' word has already been mentioned by hubby ( takeaway) . Back on plan sunday?!

Not written this weekend. We were really busy saturday. The brunch went well. I had a champagne flute of orange juice though. Then it went downhill...meeting friends for 5 cocktails. Grabbed a bottle of wine on the way home too...we did walk home though about 25-30 mins. We ordered an indian so went wayy over my syns and drank too much :(

Now sunday...i was so hungover...to the point where i could only stomach a piece of toast at 3pm. I had the other half of my takeaway at tea time then shared a bag of philea fogg crisps with hubby...


Not the best of weekends syn wise..

Back on it today..

Break- satsuma, half a grapeftuit, grilled and topped with cinnamon..id read this is another diary and thought id giv it a try..i will hav the other half tom but i wouldnt choose to have it again

Lunch- jacket pot with cottage cheese

Tea- quorn peppered steaks with veg

Snacks-asda bubbly, pink n white. Sains popcorn and mullerlight dessert

Woke up today with a headahe, didnt sleep well. Luckily im at work for 2 hours! Lol

Im aching aswell from a small abs workout a did yesterday. I woke up and got my running kit on straight away. Need to walk the dog so might link both in and kil two birds with one stone but take it easy.

Breakfast- ff yog, blueberries and honey. I have the other half of my grapefruit after dog walk

Lunch- same as yesrerday using the rest of cottage cheese. Will do some bacon too.

Tea- meal for one tonight! Hubby is at xmas meal so i pulled out last weeks left over beef caserole. Il have with veg.

Snacks-1 poppadom, apple

Lunch- 2poached eggs on 2 wm toast.ketchup

Tea- macaroni bake using asda smartprice tins. Added sweetcorn and brocoli.

Snacks-

Been for a run today in my new trainers. I ran for around 40 mins. I did stop for water and walk a but though. I walked down hills and jogged up them!
 
Breakky- 2 boiled eggs, ff yog blueberries honey

Lunch- left over mac bake and veg. Asda bubbly bite

Tea- mozzerella and basil stuffed roasted tomatoes, asparagus and chicken ( stuffed with mozzerella if any left)

Snacks- apple, carrot sticks.
Dont have much in until shopping tom morning, may have a bowl of mushy peas tonight.

Will try head out for a run and do some abs work...scales have not shifted again :/

Breaky- porridge with water berries and honey, i really enjoyed it and think i will have that tomorrow too! I was a bit unsure of frozen fruit vut it was tasty!

Lunch- wm pitta pizza, had both hexa and b today.

Tea- quorn sausages and mash. Gravy.

Snacks- fruit. Im babysitting tonight so will take a pack of pom bears and some carrot sticks.
 
I was meant to be getting up at 7.30 with hubby today to go for a run..fail!!!

Breaky- a slice of frittata

Lunch- im eating out at walkabout bar so will decide then. I have looked at the menu. Im thinking a fillet and salad. Or potato skins. Or maybe a sandwich on brown.

Tea- curry. Hubby is making with chopped toms so will be sw friendly. I have a couple of poppadoms too tho.

Oh and im going to the christmas market today..a few drinks may be consumed!
 
Star week has arrived..may ecplain why ive been a bit down recently! Oooo leg pain :(

Yesterday lunch went well. Chicken cheese melt with salad. Vodka and sf red bull

Then a few mulled wines but lots of walking. Up steep hill too!

We had friends over and ordered dominos which i know is bad but i feel one day off a week is ok. We have to live too.

Today

Break-poached eggs on wm toast

Lunch- bowl of mushy peas and mint sauce

Tea- sw curry and rice. Two oniin baji and two poppadoms!

Hubby bought us a tiny choc mousse thing for afters too...need chocolate this time of the month..any excuse ;)

Babysitting again tonight so will take a bag of pom bears and a persimmon. Freddo

I did level one of jilian micheals 6 week to 6 pack. I quite enjoy that one and dnt find it too difficult. I ran 2 miles last night. I am.going to try alternate days. Run mon, dvd tue, run wed, dvd thur etc. Hopefully i will see a difference before christmas !

So had a diary name change, it is now not a pre christmas diary. But its a diary for life! And i feeel goood.
It is also a new chance for me to start writing my healthy extras again. And syns as i started to slip
so i feel good except for waking up with a cold, tight throat and runny nose so uve dug up lemsips to keep me going today.

Breakfast- porridge ( hexb) with water berries and honey (1 syn)

Lunch- left over sausage casserole ( 2 tukey sausages 4 syns)

Tea- chicken breast stuffed with primula ( hexa) with lots of veg and maybe some sweet potato.

Snacks- pink and white x2, apple. Pom bears. Hot chocolate. Syns 16.5 for today..a tad over!

Excercise- ran 5k!

Long day today

Snacks-pineapple, persimmon, banana

Was going wellll...we have our house inspectiin tomorrow. And i worked 8-5 so when i got home i srarted hoovering and cleaning and whilst i did this hubby ordered me a pasanda! I was pleased but it doesnt do my waist line any good! I had hlf and will hav half tomorrow. My cold is starting to really come out and im snifflung like mad!
My quick plan for tomorrow is..boiled eggs, my left over pasanda and something ligght for tea..maybe paella. I wil do a proper diary tomorrow. I have a busy day and its my day off!

Embarrassinggg--- i was doing a workout vid whilst asda shopping turned up * blush* hope he didnt see me through the window!

Breakfast- two boiled eggs. Satsuma

Lunch - left over takeaway :/ i will try not have any syns today, except for chorizo for tea.

Tea- paella. Chicken and chorizo. Will post a pic tonight.

Im taking my dog out in an hour and om sticking on my running trainers to get a bit of running in!

I would like to rin tomorrow morning but im leaving the house at 10am to.meet a friend so hoping im up early enough!
