Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Oops sorry!! It was mix the quark with cheese and add milk. I added bit at a time so it wasnt runny. Mix it all into a sauce and pour over the ham etc. Bake for around 15 mins.

Todays plan-

Breakfast- ff yoghurt, strawberries, grapes 1 syn of honey

Lunch- leftover last nights tea hexa carrot sticks.2 boiled eggs.

Tea- 1 scotch egg. Made with one boiled egg and 2 ww sausages (1syn)
Sweet potato and mushy peas. (1 syn )of ketchup.

Snacks-mullerlight dessert (5.5)

Exercise- 45 min dog walk, 15 min home workout, 10 minute jog ( all adds up! Lol)

Yeah sometimes. I usually do that on a wednesday evening when my friend comes. I dont have much motivation when im on my own! Its freezing atm too lol which is why im adding a workout in too
 
Glad to find someone with similar stats to me. Being small is hard work!!
Enjoyed having a quick read through your diary and nice to see managing to maintain.
Also that donut looks delicious!!!!!
I started this week and I am missing my sugar fix a little but going to gently wean some more sugar back in this week i think and use some of my syns on small treats.
