Lunch- leftover last nights tea hexa carrot sticks.2 boiled eggs.
Tea- 1 scotch egg. Made with one boiled egg and 2 ww sausages (1syn)
Sweet potato and mushy peas. (1 syn )of ketchup.
Snacks-mullerlight dessert (5.5)
Exercise- 45 min dog walk, 15 min home workout, 10 minute jog ( all adds up! Lol)
