Im pretty new to this - started Tuesday, but i just wanted to know - does anone else appear to be just eating all day?
I seem to be eating non stop - mainly crabsticks, tomatoes, lettuce & gherkins!!!
But im also having about 3 of the shape yoghurts a day too?
Aswell as my dinner & tea!!!
Am i going wrong??
