Are you hungry or just eating for the sake of it?

Tomatoes, lettuce and gherkins are not going to hurt - even crabsticks aren't that bad and they are a free food after all!

You are just starting out on your SW journey so don't worry too much, you are eating free and superfree food but maybe just try to eat if you are hungry.

I wouldn't necessarily say you're going wrong. if you're hungry - eat - but eat on plan. if you're eating out of habit though - try to stop that. The key though is to stop when you don't feel hungry anymore.

Different foods will fill you up though - so always try to put some variety into it - you may find that different fruit makes you feel fuller for longer for example.

There's nothing wrong with "grazing" through the day - i do it a lot of the time (well used to do it - my habits have changed over time and by themselves not by concious decision).
