I saw someone answered this question for you yesterday, but yes you can eat rice every day on plan and still lose weight. Personally I enjoy variety and do better when I mix things up a bit but if you're enjoying it, stick with it. It won't stop you losing weight.
Im the same Id say i eat rice 5 days a week and i have lost a stone so far. But i do mix the rice up by adding veg or chickpeas to the rice. Rice is my favourite food so im glad sw hav this as free foods. I do have additional salad on the side to to increase my speed allowance.
