Hi, I really enjoy meat, rice and vegetables at the moment and I have it everyday as it really fills me up. I don’t want to put weight on as I am happy at the weight I am at. Is what I’m eating ok?

If you're on slimming work then in theory you shouldn't gain weight eating what you're eating no as it's all syn free/free/speed food. It all depends on how you're cooking the ingredients. As long as you aren't using any butter, oil or sauces then you should be fine. Just keep an eye on things and see how you get on

I use the boil in the bag rice but I don’t add anything to it. Would I continue to loose weight or would it just keep me the same?
