Ok, I made my first post/thread in newbie forum, and I had some pics of myself in them. I've had some medical check ups since then, so I figured it was better to include that, than just my photos. How can I remove the pics, and rather just include the basic info on me? It makes more sense.

I have recently created a Progress Diary' thread, but I cannot see the dit/delete options in the bottom corner. Which means I cannot update the progress:
