The tortillas are great - I hadn't seen them before either but they were on a promotion stand at Asda 2 for 1. I think maybe Asda are increasing the WW range as they had lots of WW stuff on prominent display. I hope you manage to get hold of some.

I just gotta ask..." What exactly are faggots made of?" And did you enjoy them? I've heard of them before, but never seen them any where or tried them. Actually thinking about it... Are there such a thing as Mr. Brains Faggots??? Or did I just dream that up? lol

There are indeed such things as Mr Brains faggots!! I enjoyed them very much thank you. As for the ingredients, not very healthy but OK as a treat now again -
Water, Pork 11% (Pork Liver, Pork), Pork Rind, Rusk, Onion, Wheatflour, Lard, Salt, Modified Waxy Maize Starch, Tomato Purée, Flavourings, Colour (E150c), Sugar, Herbs, Spices


Although I have been more or less sticking to my points, I don't feel any thinner/lighter and am feeling slightly apprehensive about my weigh in on Friday, especially as I pledged to lose 5lb in the January challenge!! :sigh:


 
Sunday 24th January

20 point allowed:

Breakfast:
Porridge = 1.5
Sk milk = 1
Sweetener = 0



5 glasses wine = 10 :eek: (Mid afternoon)

Dinner:
Ham = 2
Potatoes = 3
Brocolli = 0
Cauliflower = 0
Cheese sauce = 2.5


Drinks, diet coke, black decaf coffee throughout the day.

Total point for the day = 20
 
Monday 25th January

20 point allowed:

Breakfast:
W/W begal = 2
cheese triangle = 0.5

Lunch:
W/W begal = 2
scrambled egg (only one yolk used) = 1.5

1 drinking chocolate made with one and a half spoonfuls so only = 0.5 (3 spoonfuls = 1 but I find this a bit thick)

Snack:

1 drinking choc using half measure = 0.5
Weetabix bar 1.5


Dinner:
Stew (no meat) = 2 (for veg and sauce)
Potatoes = 2.5



Drinks, diet coke, black decaf coffee throughout the day.

Total point for the day = 13 so far
 
Tuesday 26th January

20 point allowed:

Breakfast:
W/W begal = 2
cheese triangle = 0.5


Snack
Walkers French Fries = 1.5

Lunch:
W/W Soup = 1.5
Ryvita x 4 = 2
low fat cheese triangles x 2 = 1
WW yoghurt = 1

2 drinking chocolate made with one and a half spoonfuls so only = 1

Dinner:
Stew = 4
Potatoes = 2.5



Drinks, diet coke, black decaf coffee throughout the day.

Total point for the day = 17

 
Wednesday 27th January

20 point allowed:

Breakfast:
Porridge = 1.5
Sweetener = 0
Sk milk = 1


Snack
W/W begal = 2
cheese triangle = 0.5
Quavers = 1.5

Lunch:
W/W Soup = 1
Ryvita x 4 = 2
low fat cheese triangles x 2 = 1
WW yoghurt = 1

Tesco low fat choc bar = 1.5

Total point for the day = 13 so far - oh dear:mad:


Snack
Walkers French Fries = 1.5


Dinner
2 WW wraps = 3
Scrambles egg with 1 egg yolk = 1.5

1 drinking chocolate = 0.5
1 rich tea biscuit = 0.5

Total points = 20

Tesco fruit and raisin bar = 1.5
WW Begal = 2
Low fat cheese triangle = 0.5

Lunch:
5 vegetable fingers (very small) = 2.5
WW soup = 1.5
4 ryvita = 2
1 low fat cheese triangle = 0.5

Snack
Quavers = 1.5

Total so far = 12

Dinner:
Pasta = 4
Baked beans = 2

Plucked up courage to jump on the scales this morning and yippeeeeee - I have lost the 5lb I have pledged to lose in the January challenge! Officially 2 days to go too!


Friday 29th January


20 point allowed:

Breakfast:
Day off and needed to catch up on sleep!

Lunch:
Baguette = 5.5
Low fat cheese triangle = 0.5
WW cheese puffs = 1



Total so far = 7

Dinner:
Big bowl of rice = 7
Carrots = 0
Onions mushrooms = 0
Jar WW sweet & sour sauce = 2

2 drinking chocolates = 1

Late snack (belive it or not I was hungry!)
Small bowl rice krispies = 1.5
Sk milk = 1


Total points = 19.5

Ive really loved reading though your food choices, ive just gone down from 20 points to 19 so its nice to see what someone else on low points does with them. Keep up the good work and the great diary. x
