So breakfast. Melon with 2 alpen light bars
lunch salmon with onions, mushroom, tomatoes in fry light
dinner may be an omelette i think
 
Omelette for dinner with hea cheese onions, tomatoes and mushrooms
 
Now you would think with all the fruit i am eating my digestive system would be fine....but i am not....eating lots of fruit and veg but still not. Ahem regular? My emergency surgery was on my small intestine so i cant let this go on for long anyone got any tips which foods work best naturally? Thanks

Breakfast. Melon grapes, blueberries and 2 benefit bars

lunch fried onions mushrooms bakes beans gammon and tomatoes

dinner cod mushy peas fried onions mushrooms and tomatoes

phew...still munching on grapes and have another slice of melon for a treat watching tv tonight

had too much to eat today
 
Gained a lb overnight not happy...guessing its my immobility? Been to the fracture clinic today and got a walking boot so things should get better ....

so far have had

hea 2 mini babybel cheese
heb 2l lemon drizzle alpen lights
lunch bacon and tomatoes
dinner will be salmon mushrooms. And onions with tomatoes
 
Scrub that dinner roasted a chicken instead was delish
 
Got a walking boot for my fractured foot so hoping to be more mobile for the next few weeks

3more lbs to that second stone lost mark
 
Dinner last night was a beef stir fry with left overs from sunday was yummy....mushrooms and tomatoes and onions with strips of beef delish
 
Eaten my babybels and benefit bars for brekkie
Lunch will be left over beef stir fry brought with me to warm up
