Today has been a bit trying, was my day off and kept wanting to pick at things cause I was at home.

I've got a long weekend off work, and honestly I hate it. When I'm not working I feel like I'm off my routine and start picking at food.

Still not such a bad day, I guess thats what weeklies are for, just need to try harder today and tomorrow. Tuesday can't come quick enough till I'm back at work!

Thanks Stef, just home from food shopping, got lots of new WW goodies to try this week.
Driving lesson at 7, just wondering if I have time to make my dinner and eat it before I go, or wait till I get back. Going to try the diet coke chicken, but with turkey instead.

I ended up not making it, didn't have enough time lol, I still need to get a shower and do my hair, make my lunch for work tomorrow and get to bed at a decent time. I have to get up at 5am for work.
I got the WW bagels, jam, caramel mallow things and the coconut cake bars to try.

Ugh today was just hellish in work, I am so tired now!! But I'm still going to Metafit tonight, not sure about Zumba after it though. Was sore for 3 days after both of them last Tuesday lol.
