HEA: Skimmed milk
Breakfast: Shape 0% yoghurt, banana
Lunch: Tuna pasta salad, 5 syns (tuna, pasta, houmous, cucumber, onion, radish, celery, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes)
Dinner: Cottage pie (with layer of swede and carrot mash), with broccoli, corn, cabbage. With HEB of bread to mop up
Snacks: Apples, banana, kiwi, melon, grapes, pineapple.
