Hi Well now 11pm and spent day mostly at home, survived taking my parents to Morrisons and walking round with them!
Had Choc shake for B'fast - nice but lumpy,Choc orange Bar for lunch (split in 2 and ate half with half 2 hrs later) and finally vanilla shake with instant coffee hot - bit too sickly for me although i am a real coffee fiend. Think its too creamy as i usually like v strong coffee with skimmed milk only!
I've spent ages looking at posts on here and have decided to try making shakes thicker with crushed ice, hot with cinammon/nutmeg, bouillon and also the banana exante "mousse" in the next few days. Managing to drink 3 litres today - last few glasses hard! Started half way thru period - headachey and moody but probably would have been anyhow - haven't felt too bad hunger wise but feel need to crunch/chew/hold a knife and fork!
