End of my first week

And I’ve lost 5lbs. I’m doing the 800 calories plan (although a couple of days only managed 600!) and finding it really liberating not having to think about food! I don’t exercise much, apart from walking the dog (she does all the work, lol) and occasionally running errands at work. I have a bad knee and hoping fast weight loss will help with the pain and ultimately help me lead a more active life.

Hey all I lost 2 pounds this week and finally got into the 13s I really do hope that the weight loss starts to quicken up a bit the last three weeks have been very low.
